The Moorpark Apricot ripens in late June or early July and requires 600-700 chill hours(approximately 3.5 to 4.5 weeks of temperatures below 45 degrees F.). As the Moorpark apricots ripen in Summer the fruit enlarges into golden skin with red highlights and a tasty sweet interior pulp.

5 of 5 Moorpark Apricot excellent condition!!` June 13, 2020
Reviewer: Darrel S. from Severn, MD United States
I now have high expectations from TyTy.  This current order met my expectations!  Very large and extremely healthy plant!  No substitutions (:-( ) like "other" vendors. It had one broken branch but the others were in excellent condition with multiple buds.  Tree was wrapped very well and in excellent condition.  The box they came in well protected the trees during transit.
Very satisfied!

5 of 5 Moorpark Apricot trees (2 ea) During Covid 19 June 9, 2020
Reviewer: Jason Plecker from SEDAN, KS United States
The trees arrived dormant as expected and within a week signs of life in one of the two trees. Given the delays in shipments, short staffing and materials shortages.  I am elated with the result! The trees were well packaged and the roots had lots of water retention 'GOO" and were very moist. The roots were undamaged.  I hope the other one gets going soon.

With an avg. diameter of 6.9mm at the base of the trees, 3 of 5 trees were at least budding as of June 1st 2020.  Fair percentage of success. Satisfied

All the trees looked good either than they all had some mold on the roots. I took pictures if you need them. I planted them the night they came and am hopeful they will survive.
