How to Install a Max Growth Tree Shelter

1. Form the shelter: Start by forming the flat sheet into a tube shape.
2. Insert top zip tie: Slide a zip tie through the top holes of the protector and pull it tight. This top tie doesn't need to attach to the stake.
3. Wrap the protector: Place the tube around your newly planted tree or an already planted tree, ensuring a 1-inch overlap along the seam.
4. Attach to stake: Insert the next zip tie through both the protector and the stake, and loosely fasten it.
5. Adjust and tighten: Align the protector so the overlap is tight against the stake, then pull the zip tie snug.
6. Add remaining zip ties: Continue down the protector, adding and tightening each zip tie securely.
7. Secure base: Finish by inserting the bottom zip tie through both the protector and stake and tightening it firmly.
8. Fold out top tabs: This step removes sharp edges from the top and prevents damage to the tree.
9. Final check: Look down the top of the shelter to ensure no part of the tree is caught in a zip tie and everything is secure.
