Super Texas Star grafted mayhaw trees have been tested at the USDA Experimental Station in orchards near Tifton, Georgia, that bloom in mid-March and most of the mayhaws ripens in May, as reported by horticulturalist, Dr. Gerard W. Krewer, even though these large mayhaws are red, and the tasty pulp is yellow, and the fruit is light in weight, only a few pounds of berries will fill a gallon container. The Super Texas Star mayhaws are so large, the harvesting is fast, making these mayhaws very popular commercial berries in Louisiana and Texas.

I was impressed with the branches ! I don't like them cut off like some companies do ! Thats a + for you ! However the small tree was very small I think it could have been a bit larger for $ 16.00 .
I found you on the net and will order again. Satisfaction rate : 8 Thanks WS

I ordered two trees about a month ago.  They were shipped bare root.  I planted them the day that I received them, and I watered them twice per day.  All are doing  fine.

Received both trees in good condition.  I'll wait for them to break dormancy to see how they do in zone 6.  Charlie
