Received 6/7/19 Very wilted but appears to be doing all right with plenty of water. Had a pretty good root system so I have high hopes.

I ordered two.

Both arrived well packaged and of the proper (tall) sizes.  These were clearly stressed bare root large plants.  Both had dried and nearly wilted green leaves.

We paid for the tall plants.  So OK . . . we quickly (within 12 hours) placed these two simultaneously in large large topsoil plantings.  One plant responded immediately and its leaves enlivened.  The other continues to fizzle; perhaps many wasted dollars!
I am not giving up.  I shall follow procedures and endeavor to perservere! And, I shall update this response.
