Product Description Pollination and Growing Zones Shipping Information

Smyrna Quince Trees ripen in September and only require 100 chill hours to produce.(4 days of 45 degrees temperatures). Smyrna Quince Trees are also self pollination, however production has been known to improve with the presence of a cross pollinator. It is not unusual for a Smyrna Quince tree to bear quince fruit the first year, if you buy a larger tree to plant.

Nice! April 30, 2018
Reviewer: Pamela Laubacker from Newfane, NY United States
Received well even though they got misdirected somehow in transit. Cant wait till they are producing. My grandpa used to grow them in his yard and it was a tradition to make sauce out of them when they were ready.

Quince tree April 18, 2018
Reviewer: ellen harrison from Union, ME United States
The quince looks very healthy.  We found a spot down near the pond but well drained and full sun.  Both trees got here in a short time.  Thanks for your great service!
