The Lucca Olive tree is outstanding in displaying below freezing resistance below 20 degrees F. Hybridized from Italian cultivars in America by, Hartman at the University of California at Davis, has developed this very vigorous tree that reliably produces large yields of olives. The Lucca olive produces fruit with a 28% content of oil. The oil produced from the Lucca has been described by tasters of professional status as having a sweet buttery flavor, and slightly bitter.

Delivery Time: Evergreen Fruit Trees are shipped October through May and should ship within ten business days from when the order was placed, while in the current shipping season. The actual delivery time will usually be within four to seven days following the date of shipping by Ty Ty Plant Nursery. Shipping Method: UPS Ground and Motor Freight if the proper arrangements have been made by the customer prior to shipping. Shipping costs do apply on Motor Freight shipments, not covered by any sales promotions.
