Product Description Pollination and Growing Zones Shipping Information

The Jack's Black Fig tree ripens from June to September and requires less than 100 chill hours to produce fruit (approximately 4 days of temperatures at or below 45 degrees F.) This fig is self pollinating, however yields are shown to increase when cross pollination occures. Similar to the Black Mission Fig Tree, the Jack's Black Fig Tree only grows 8 ft. tall and produces a medium sized fig fruit with bright red pulp that is juicy and sweet. A bearing size fig tree can produce fresh figs for you the same year that the plant is established in your garden.

Purchase of fig trees (2) May 16, 2019
Reviewer: Jack Josey from Soperton, GA United States
I received the two fig trees within just a few days, and they were in good shape - well packaged.  I ordered them over the telephone, and found my customer service representative be very helpful as to the type of tree to plant for where I live, and the best original height at purchase (4 to 5 feet).  I was aware of your nursery down in SW Georgia because of your advertising on 13WMAZ TV in Macon, GA.
