I ordered several plants from TyTyGA.com, in spite of poor reviews I had read. They used standard practices when it came to shipping. The box was damaged, but all but one plant was fine. They quickly responded to all of my emails. When I forwarded my pictures of my damaged Gloria Grande Pecan tree, they shipped me a new one out at the first of the following week. I'd order from them again as of now.
This tree showed up and had a broken tip, no roots, and the bark was peeling off the trunk below the graft. I took photos of this and sent an email to TyTyGa. This was on the 3rd day after ordering. I received a reply the next day that said it appeared to have been damaged and that they'd sent me out a replacement shortly. I got the shipping confirmation on Monday and received the plant on Wednesday. It was twice the size and 3-4 times the thickness as the base as the previous one. It also had a good root system. I'm happy with this purchase.
