The Kwanzan Flowering Cherry Tree grows to 20 feet in height and 16 feet in width and the new coppery-bronze foliage matures to a rich green color with reddish-copper fall color. The double flowering lacy pink blooms of the Kwanzan flowering cultivar of the Japanese Flowering Cherry tree form fluffy globe units that will completely cover the stems and branches at the flowering climax. Kwanzan Flowering Cherry Trees bloom even at a young age and can be seen flowering in early spring. The Kwanzan Flowering Cherry Tree produces beautiful light red and pink colored flowers when in bloom, and this tree is one of our most popular cherry blossom trees. The black bark of a mature Kwanzan Flowering Cherry tree contrasts pleasantly with the bright pink, double flowers that cover most of the branches.

Planted this bare root immediately and it already shows growth. Leaves have started to grow and until now it looks healthy. Can't say much more since I just have it for one month.

Fast Delivery May 30, 2014
Reviewer: Wendy Crane from The Villages, Florida, United States
We ordered a Flowering Cherry on a Thursday, and it was delivered on Monday. We were surprised when we opened the box to find basically just a stick, but after a week and a half, it already has leaves and branches and appears very healthy. The only issue we have is, we ordered an 8-10' tree, and it's labelled 8-10', but once planted it's not quite 6', so including the roots, there's no way it can be even 8'. Overall though, fast delivery, healthy tree, happy customer.
