Any customer who is not satisfied with an order must notify Ty Ty Nursery to attempt to remedy the problem. After notification, the plants may be returned, in live condition, within three business days for a full refund. Ty Ty Nursery does not charge a "cancellation fee" or "restocking fee" for orders that are returned. Customers are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the order back. Ty Ty Nursery will in no way pay, credit, or reimburse the customer for any expense associated with the cost of return shipping.
