The maximum flavor of wine made from the wine grape of the Merlot Wine Grape Vine, like all wines, comes only with proper aging. The Merlot Grapes ripen September through October for fall harvesting. The blue-black wine grape of the Merlot Wine Grape Vine produces a ruby-red wine with low acidity, and this Grape Vine prospers in dry-warm climates. The Merlot Wine Grape Vine produces the most colorful of all blue grapes that are perfect for wine making, and it is very refreshing with a very strong tannin taste.

Five of Six Vines Are Thriving June 18, 2019
Reviewer: Leo Gonnering from Waupaca, WI United States
Although I thought the grape vines would have more (longer instead of roots trimmed to about six inches long) the vines seem to be doing fine.  Five of the six vines sprouted leaves from the small buds.  One seems to be a little stubborn, but appears that it may still sprout/bud.

My 1st three vines are doing well! Packing was excellent for these vines, I did not get to them as quickly as I wanted but there have been no problems with them growing at all.

I did forget to order your transplanting package and plant guards w. stakes, so I tried ordering them separately but COULD NOT because you want a $60 minimum order to process~!! Not pleased with that policy, you lost business there...
