How to Assemble a Max-Growth Vineyard Shelter

1. Slide in the top zip tie: Begin by inserting a zip tie through the top holes of the vineyard shelter. You can loosely fasten it for now—it doesn’t need to be attached to the stake yet.
2. Wrap the shelter: Wrap the flat sheet around the grapevine or young plant, forming a tube. Ensure there is a 1-inch overlap along the seam.
3. Align with the stake: Once wrapped, align the tube with the stake. Insert the zip tie through both the shelter and the stake, then pull it snug to secure the top.
4. Add and tighten zip ties: Continue inserting zip ties down the shelter, tightening each one securely against the stake as you go.
5. Secure the base: Finish with a final zip tie at the bottom to hold the shelter firmly in place.
6. Fold out the top tabs: This removes any sharp edges and helps protect tender vine growth.
7. Final check: Look down the top of the shelter to make sure the vine is not caught or pinched by a zip tie.
