Received them and Customer Service was responsive April 4, 2019
Reviewer: RANCHO VICTORIA from Flower Mound, TX United States
The trees arrived showing signs of life, and both were at least 6 feet tall with proper pruning by the seller. The only thing we worried about was the taproot being chopped off with about a foot left, which I shared with the Customer Service who quickly responded, and assured us that the tap roots will regrow, and if trees died,  they would honor the warranty. We were their first time buyer, and really appreciated their offer of warranty.  We have planted many bare root trees, and truly hope the hickry trees will survive and bear nuts in a few years.

To help the trees to withstand the wind and draught conditions, we have provided four posts each to support them. For the next 2 to three years, they will get regular watering till they are fully established here in Texas. We hope to hear from someone who bought the 6 to 7 feet tall hickory trees from Ty Ty, and already have nuts from the trees, and please kindly share your experience with us.

Concern April 5, 2018
Reviewer: Michael Johnson from Hurricane, WV United States
As I have replied, I'm concerned with is tree, the buds on it looks to have already dried and dead, also there were just a few roots from main trunk.  I keep an eye on it.
