The Resurrection Fern appears to wilt and dry-up, but after the first rain or a wet hosing the fern will perk up in about an hour, appearing absolutely unaffected by the lack of water. The spores under the leaves give way to new plant life on the Resurrection Fern. The Resurrection Fern requires no fertilization. Left: Resurrected Fern / Right: Dehydrated Fern.
