United Nations Amaryllis

Amaryllis flowers will sometimes last for weeks, if the plants are placed near a sunny window in a cool room. The United Nations Amaryllis flower has an unusual color arrangement, the lower half is white with minute red striping radiating from the center and converging into triangular points that progress upwards. It is well known that a 24-26 cm Amaryllis bulb will usually grow more than one flower stem.

•   The United Nations cultivar of Amaryllis flower opens dramatically into a giant six pointed star edged in a white band. Inside the bloom is a bright red star oulined with red lines rising from the center and extending the entire length of each petal. Unbelievably, inside this stardom is still another five bright slender bands of white forming the center star, all centered with a hint of green in the center.

The actual delivery time will usually be within four to seven days following the date of shipping by Ty Ty Plant Nursery. Certain bulbs are only in stock seasonally and will be shipped at the appropriate time for planting.

If plants are listed by gallon size the plant will be removed from container and have the majority of the dirt removed to allow for the best shipping.
