Trees arrived very nicely and seem to be doing well.  I am glad to have ordered them and can’t wait to see how they do!  Bravo!

2 of 5 Very Wilted, No Branches May 30, 2019
Reviewer: Scott Bernard from Fort Wayne, IN United States
We unpacked this tree within 5 minutes of its arrival. We were incredibly disappointed at the level of dehydration and the diseased-looking leaves. In addition, there were no branches on this “tree,” just a few leaves barely attached to a single trunk (most of these leaves fell off the first day.) It was in such bad shape, it wouldn’t stay upright without a full length stake, yet when I called customer service they insisted I wait 90 days and then I have to fill out a form. Of course, by that point it’ll no longer be an appropriate time to plant this type of tree in our area.  This is our first experience with Ty Ty, and we are not impressed.

Thanks for sending my lovely sweet bay magnolia at the perfect time for planting. As always, your plants arrived carefully packaged and healthy. I planted it a week ago and it is looking good!
