Papillio amaryllis bulbs are offered in two sizes, 24 to 26 cm and then, 26 to 28 cm in diameter which will produce multiple flower stalks. The Papillio amaryllis bulb is a flamboyant, exotic hybrid phenomenon that is equipped with charming, slightly reflexing flowers that just recently were produced by plant breeders. The slightly reflexing flowers are trumpet shaped and basically multi-colored with a background of cream splash with greenish, alternating hints of freckles. Each rose colored netted line is arranged in tapering, parallel rows that is extended to the tip-to-tip length of each petal in an elegant, elliptical pattern that entirely covers the center of each petal, some parallel lines smeared randomly with random patterns of rose red.

• The petals of the Papillio Amaryllis flowers are less arched than most other Amaryllis and at times the left and right sides of the flower tend to fold back toward one another like closing a book. Multiple flower stalks of Papillio Amaryllis flowers often appear from large bulbs planted in small pots. The abstract coloring and striping of the flower blooms of the Papillio Amaryllis Flowering Bulb will appear about three weeks after planting.

Delivery Time: Flower Bulbs are shipped October through May and should ship within ten business days from when the order was placed, while in the current shipping season. The actual delivery time will usually be within four to seven days following the date of shipping by Ty Ty Plant Nursery. Certain bulbs are only in stock seasonally and will be shipped at the appropriate time for planting.

If plants are listed by gallon size the plant will be removed from container and have the majority of the dirt removed to allow for the best shipping.
