Floris Hekker Amaryllis Bulb

The Hippeastrum Amaryllis 'Floris Hekker' flowers are brilliant orange-red in color with a darker maroon throat, and each stem can grow four to six flowers atop each stem. Each stem after maturing is followed by as many as two other full flowered stems in successive waves of growth. The 'Floris Hekker' is a classic Dutch creation with interesting flower refinements, an amaryllis cultivar that has successfully been marketed from the Netherlands for many decades that continues to brighten up dark rooms during the winter snowstorms, and the vivid colors of the flowers reflect a velvety depth and absorption of light and eye attraction to its vibrance that is unseen in most other amaryllis blooms.

Delivery Time: Flower Bulbs are shipped October through May and should ship within ten business days from when the order was placed, while in the current shipping season. The actual delivery time will usually be within four to seven days following the date of shipping by Ty Ty Plant Nursery. Delivery time can not be guaranteed, if a package needs to arrive prior to a specific date please note in the comment section of the order or contact Ty Ty Nursery by telephone during normal business hours. Certain bulbs are only in stock seasonally and will be shipped at the appropriate time for planting.

If plants are listed by gallon size the plant will be removed from container and have the majority of the dirt removed to allow for the best shipping.
