The Agave americana Media-Picta Alba is a very rare plant that many agave collectors consider to be the most beautiful of all the agaves, and each succulent leaf is distinctly marked with a centered, wide, bright, white stripe. This agave is cold hardy to frost but is usually protected during the winter months by containerizing it for growing inside. Zone 9

The Medio-Picta agave is a striking plant that produces abundant offsets at the base. Each of the agave leaves is centered with a bright white stripe that runs the entire length of each leaf. This agave is excellent for potting up as a containerized, xeric specimen to grow inside, or it can be grown outside in zones 9 and 10.

The rare Agave americana 'Media-Picta' plant is considered by some landscapers to be the most beautiful of the agave plants. The Agave americana 'Media-Picta' plant makes a fantastic potted specimen plant. Agave americana 'Media-Picta' specimens being readied to ship out.
