Poor billing practices & questionable product November 29, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Atlanta Georgia
I placed my order on October 15, and my credit card was charged immediately.  Since I hadn't received my order by early November - three weeks later, I contacted TyTy.  They informed me that they did not have the shrubs in stock, and that they would ship them to me in late November.
It is inappropriate for any merchant to bill customer credit card under such conditions.  Billing should not occur until shipment is made.
When I finally received my "5-gallon" shrubs, they definitely were NOT as advertised, and were NOT 5-gallons.
