All bare root plants are guaranteed for 1 year, all replacement request must be made the following season of delivery. The replacement process is a 2 step process:

1) Click here to download our Replacement Application. Print and Mail the completed Replacement Application with the original order form within 1 year of the purchase date USPS to P.O. Box 130 Ty Ty, GA 31795. It can take up to 30 business days to receive your replacement notification postcard response from Ty Ty Nursery.
2) Upon receiving your replacement approval notification postcard the customer will need to send the plant material requested for replacement along with a check for 25% of the value of the plants being replaced (minimum $20.00) to Ty Ty Nursery via UPS to 4723 US Hwy 82W Ty Ty, GA 31795.

Upon completion of the Replacement Policy Ty Ty Nursery will begin shipping replacement plants December 15th through April 15th per regulations.Replacement Application requests can be denied becasue the original order form is not returned with the completed Replacement Application, if the plants were shipped out of the recommended USDA Growing Zones listed on each product page, or if the replacement claim is not made within 1 year of the purchase date. All replacement request denials will be notified with a replacement denial postcard within 30 business days of Ty Ty Nursery receiving the original Replacement Application

The order form / shipping label is attached to every package and must be retained for your records, and to verify your order upon arrival, replacements will not be made without the evidence of your order form receipt.

Guarantee expires in one growing season. Guarantee is void, if plants are not listed in our web-catalog, if the plants are returned with green bark, live roots or sprouts below the graft. Guarantee is void on potted plants, B&B plants, or any plants shipped outside the recommended zones. Replacements will not be made on discounted plant prices or sale prices. If customer authorizes shipment during below freezing temperatures, then guarantee is void. (See U.S.D.A Zone Map)

Even though TyTy offers a one year growing season guarantee that plants will grow, TyTy under no circumstances implies or expresses any warranty as to the production of the plants sold. Most plants may not produce fruit or flowers as a result of customer growing practices, inadequate pollination, unsuitable soil types, and regional climate variations.

Replacement plants will not be shipped unless the postage is paid by the customer for the cost of UPS and packaging expenses of the requested replacement plants being shipped to the customer, in the form of a check, 25% value of the plants being replaced (minimum $20.00).
