Take these steps for plant replacement:
I.
To avoid shipping and boxing costs, return your dead plants with a copy of your order form in person to TyTy Nursery, U.S. Highway 82, TyTy, GA 31795. Plants will be replaced free of charge at the end of the growing season, between Oct. 15, 09 and Dec 15, 09. If guidelines are followed under "TyTy Guarantee" that is printed at the bottom of your order form.

II. To get your mailorder plants replaced:

1. Fill out your TyTy Replacement Application at the end of the 2009 growing season that usually ends in September. You should give each plant a proper chance to grow and by U.S. mail (only), send TyTy a copy of your Replacement Application to the address at the bottom of this page, but only between Sept 1, 09 and Oct 15, 09- along with a copy of your receipt that was affixed to the package when you received it.

2. TyTy Nursery will either accept or deny your Application within 30 days of your submission, and when accepted, TyTy will notify you by mail and request that you return your dead plants by UPS (only), between November 15, 2009 and December 15, 2009, so that we can analyze the cause of the plant death. Plants must be returned complete, not shredded, separated roots or in broken pieces-preferably in the original box that contained the plants when you received them.

3. We will replace your plants during the first dormant season following your purchase, after you return the plants with a copy of your Application Approval postcard notification, and your check included for shipping charges of 25% (minimum $20.00). Please note, that if you personally return your plants and receipt to TyTy Warehouse, you can avoid the shipping charges.

4.If you prefer to have your Replacement plants shipped at any date after Dec 15, 09, please make proper notation on the Replacement Application. Whenever the plants are dormant and in stock we are ready to ship (December 15th-April 15th).


III. Plants Damaged During Shipment

If you received a package from TyTy that contains broken or damaged plants, you must immediately notify UPS of the problem and file a damage report with them, and then, TyTy will send you a replacement after UPS forwards the damage report to TyTy.
