This white flowers of the 'Mount Fuji' flowering cherry tree are semi-double with a tight center of tiny pink petals that is transformed into pure white on the 2nd day of blooming. This fruitless, late April flowering cherry tree produces dense clusters of blooms with a pungent aroma of an unusual almond fragrance, and the top of the tree is flat with a height and branch spread of 15 feet. In the Fall the orange-red leaves are spectacular in a small garden landscape, The tree is cold hardy in zones 5 - 7.
