The Hercules amaryllis bulbs are large 42 cm flower bulbs that send up successive flower stalks, sometimes 4 or more, and each flower stem is topped by 4 to 6 large thick flowers with thick petals. The Hercules Amaryllis is uniquely distinguished by its unusual, Chinese pink, color tones as they harmonically blend and evolve into pinkish-white before melting down into the lower third of the flowers' frontal face. The trumpet shaped flowers of this Hercules rare cultivar are smaller than most other hybrid Dutch Amaryllis cultivars, but surprisingly six flowers per bloom stem can be expected to develop on each stem.
