The Submersum Crinum flowers are considered by many flower loves to be the most beautiful and widest opening bloom of the very oldest Crinum cultivars.	The 'Submersum' Crinum Lily hybrid is often seen in formal gardens.
Mr. Lester Hannival felt that the Submersum Crinum was hybridized by plantsmen in the early 1900's at Florida Nursery operations and that one of the parents was Crinum scabrum, an African native species.	The fragrance of the Crinum x Submersum is distinct, pleasant and one that you will remember each flowering season.
The spectacular striped flowers of the 'Submersum' Crinum Lily appear in late July, August, and September, and was named by the famous L.S. Hannibal, the famous plants man and chemist from California.
