Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. If you status is not answered, call us between the hours of 4pm-6pm Monday through Saturday. We have designated a status order line for your convenience, so please call (229) 388-9999 to check your status. Our call volume starts to slow down toward the end of the day, and we are more capable to check the status of orders at that time. If you call anytime before hand, please allow a reasonable time to return your call with the status of your order. Depending on amount of calls we have, we will try to return your call within the same day.
If you do not receive your order in a reasonable period of time, you can call 1-229-388-9999 to get a tracking number. Sometimes future orders are lost for unexplainable reasons, however, the credit card company will credit your account, if the order cannot be retrieved, and you can re-order after the credit for the chargeback is effected. Sometimes orders placed by mail are lost in the mail, miss-boxed or received open without the contents, including problems of checks missing. Sometimes shippers such as UPS, US Postal Service and Truck Lines lose orders for unexplainable reasons, or orders may be returned to us without invoices attached and without explanations, but we will work with every shipper and every customer to settle problems satisfactorily.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. When will my backorder arrive?
Plants, trees, bushes, for sale, and deciduous plants can only be sent bareroot during the season of dormancy. Some flower bulbs and evergreen plants can be shipped year round, however, rhizomes and corms require stricter policies. Other flower bulbs can be supped best after sprouting, and banana corms show extremely high rates of survival transplanting when they are shipped in an active state of growth.
The Nursery at TyTy does not grow on its location all plant products that are offered for sale, but some are purchased from other nurseries for resale. Because of this condition of subcontracting, all of the products offered by the Nursery at TyTy are not available to be shipped immediately, but the orders pending will be put on backorder and shipped as soon as all items become available, unless the customer calls us to permit a refund of their order by credit card or company check.
