| What if the merchandise is damaged? |

In the rare event that you should receive a package from one of our carriers that is obviously damaged in delivery, please report to Ty TY Nursery toll free at 888-811-9132. We will file a Damage Package Claim with the carrier and ship replacements plant material.

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |

| How much is my shipping? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Shipping is usually 25% of the total plant cost minimum $20.00. |

| How do I return my product? |

Our nursery stock cannot be returned without the express written permission of TyTy Nursery. In all cases goods cannot be returned after they have been accepted, processed, improperly stored, planted, or otherwise treated, modified or used in any way.

| What is your return policy? |

Nursery stock is perishable. All shipments should be immediately and carefully unpacked and inspected on arrival and then placed in proper storage if not planted within 30 days. Any problems with the condition or quality or quantity of goods received should be brought to our attention immediately. Nursery stock cannot be returned without the express written permission of Ty Ty Nursery. In all cases goods cannot be returned after they have been accepted, processed, improperly stored, planted, or otherwise treated, modified or used in any way.
How do I claim a one time replacement?
Our nursery stock cannot be returned without the express written permission of TyTy Nursery. In all cases goods cannot be returned after they have been accepted, processed, improperly stored, planted, or otherwise treated, modified or used in any way.
All bare root plants are guaranteed for 1 year. The replacement process is a 2 step process:
1) Fill out the Replacement Application located on the left hand toolbar of the website. Mail the completed Replacement Application with the original order form within 1 year of the purchase date USPS to P.O. Box 130 Ty Ty, GA 31795. It can take up to 30 business days to receive your replacement notification postcard response from Ty Ty Nursery. 2) Upon receiving your replacement approval notification postcard the customer will need to send the plant material requested for replacement along with a check for 25% of the value of the plants being replaced (minimum $20.00) to Ty Ty Nursery via UPS to 4723 US Hwy 82W Ty Ty, GA 31795.
Upon completion of the Replacement Policy Ty Ty Nursery will begin shipping replacement plants December 15th through April 15th per regulations. Replacement Application requests will be denied for three reasons the original order form is not returned with the completed Replacement Application, if the plants were shipped out of the recommended USDA Growing Zones listed on each product page, or if the replacement claim is not made within 1 year of the purchase date. All replacement request denials will be notified with a replacement denial postcard within 30 business days of Ty Ty Nursery receiving the original Replacement Application.
Each plant should be given a proper and fair chance for survival and growth within a 1 year period after planting. The plants returned must be returned complete, not shredded, separated roots or in broken pieces, so that we can analyze the cause of the plant death and minimize future losses. Once your replacement application has been approved your replacement plants will be shipped to you the following dormant season, or whenever the plants are in stock within a year after your R.A. has been approved. Replacements of orders cannot be made unless the replacement application is approved, plants are returned with proper shipping charges within one year of plant receipt. Shipping charges can be avoided by returning unsatisfactory plants to our warehouse in Ty Ty, GA with the purchase receipt, and no charge will be made for packaging your replacement plants. Replacement plants will not be shipped unless the postage is paid by the customer for the cost of UPS and packaging expenses of the requested replacement plants being shipped to the customer, in the form of a check, 25% value of plants being replaced (minimum $20.00).
Do we offer refunds?
Cancellations for orders placed with Ty Ty Nursery are accepted prior to the plants being processed for shipping. Once the plants have been processed for shipping an order can no longer be cancelled, because the plants have been dug specially for the order. Refunds are only available if plants ordered are not available to seasonally ship as a complete order. When orders are placed for plants shipping to prohibited quarantined states, Ty Ty Nursery will refund these orders. Plants are healthy and guaranteed to grow sold by Ty Ty Nursery, because all plants that Ty Ty Nursery grows or purchases for resale are inspected before shipment by the Department of Agriculture and are certified to be healthy. If the plants do not grow after 1 year of planting, the Nursery at Ty Ty Nursery offers a free one time plant replacement, if picked up at the nursery at the proper season with your order form, or the plants may be shipped to the customer upon mailing the replacement application to P.O. Box 130 Ty Ty, GA 31795.

| When will my order ship? |

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Orders normally ship within 7-10 business days. Deciduous plant material must be dormant prior to shipping, per regulations. Orders placed for deciduous plant stock will be held until the proper time (approx Dec. 15th - April 15th). Most bulbs and evergreen plant stock is shipped year round and will be shipped 7-10 day. Orders are shipped complete and whole, if an order is for evergreen plants and deciduous plants in the summer, the order will be shipped together once the deciduous stock has gone dormant.
