not what I ordered May 19, 2015
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Rocky Mount, NC United States
I am very unhappy.  I ordered a 5ft Washingtonian Palm tree. And what I received might be 3.5 ft tall including the root ball. This palm looks like some one took a weed eater to it. I bought it to replace one that has died around my fountain, knowing that it was a little smaller than the ones we has planted 8 years ago but what I received is smaller than the others I orginally planted.

not what we expected May 12, 2015
Reviewer: kevin colangelo from Smiths Station, AL United States
When we ordered our trees we thought they would be close to the actual height we ordered and was disappointed that the trees were more like 2-3 ft instead of the size we ordered which I think were 5-6ft or 4-5ft either way we got tin trees instead of the ones we wanted
