The Periwinkle groundcover grows to 1 1/2 ft. rapidly spreading. Blooms of blue with white centers appear in the spring on the Periwinkle. The leaves are green and rounded with various degrees of yellow streaking. Periwinkle is salt water tolerant and deer resistant.
