The Niagara (White Concord) Bunch Grape Vine is used for juice, wine and fresh consumption, and this grapevine yields huge bunches of grapes that are sweet and low in acid. In favorable conditions, the White Niagara Bunch Grape Vine can out-produce the regular Concord grape, and this grape is not as acidic as most other cultivars.
