The Mary Nell Holly Shrub is a great plant to use for privacy or as a wind barrier, since this large evergreen tree grows wide as well as tall. For the best look plant the Mary Nell Holly Tree in groups of three or more which will make the planting more aesthetically pleasing. The Mary Nell Holly Shrub has a pyramidal growth habit and can span from 15-25 ft. tall and spans out about 6 to 8 ft. Which makes this evergreen plant a great plant for planting in clusters at a University or in a commercial landscape.
