  Katy Apricot Tree

Alternative Views:

Katy Apricot trees ripen late May to early June and require roughly 350 chill hours(16-21 days of 45 degrees F. or below). Katy Apricots are self fertile but generally do better if provided with a cross pollinator. The Katy Apricot tree is extremely productive and the fruit is boxed up by growers during early Summer for shipment to grocery markets. Because the Katy apricot contains lots of sugar, it is a valuable fruit for drying to be eaten in the future, when no fresh fruit is available.

These trees are slight, but get to growing quickly. Might be worth paying more to go larger.

past and present orders May 6, 2016
Reviewer: Ben Krewsun from Rockdale, TX United States
we have had great success with TY TY since we started to acquire trees and bushes for the past couple years. We only had one problem which we attribute to human error, one item was not shipped but was claimed to be shipped. we have gone through the shipment error process and are waiting for customer service, Phil, to respond with delivery of our Goji berry bush.

Thank you for your prompt service. so far all plants are doing well. Ben

Growing! April 25, 2016
Reviewer: Stacy Brown from Sarasota, FL United States
I've never ordered plants online and didn't know what to expect. My order came Bare root and dormant.  I've waited several weeks before giving my review and I'm happy to report that I'm fully greened out!  I purchased some items unavailable in Florida but, able to grow in my zone. I couldn't be happier!
