same as last time May 18, 2017

The 4 six" bamboo plants I got were the same as last time. 2 were reasonable looking starts with a good sized root ball that had new plants starting. one was not very well developed but acceptable. last one was a bamboo stick with tiny root ball. Last time the last one died and the next to last is alive but not developing. I won't buy anything else from you. Tried to get you to honor guarantee and you didn't.

Its been planted for 5 days now. Im not sure how long it takes for it to show signs of life. You could really give more information on each type of plant. Full sun, part sun etc.

Telephone rep was Excellent April 28, 2017
Reviewer: Patrick Granahan from Alexandria, VA United States
I had a lot of questions about bamboo and he answered them. He didn't act like I was asking too many questions or bothering him. I called a few times and he was the same one answering every time. Wish I could remember his name. Thanks!
