The Japanese Flowering Snowball Trees were birthday presents to my dear friend of more than 50 years.  The shipping part of the order was excellent and Ms. Langford received them promptly.  But what she got were sticks.  They are planted, but the disappointment in receiving sticks instead of plants was profound.  She called your company today and told me that customer service was not a good experience either.   I feel really awful that my birthday present to my dear friend has been so upsetting to her.  And what should have been a happy and exciting gift turned out to be an unhappy and sad experience.   We were both so excited and hopeful.   I did not realize when I ordered the Snowballs for my friend that she would receive sticks.   /Penny Henritze

I received the Snowball trees in good condition, bare root but packed well in wet material.
I ordered 2  3 year plants but received 4 in 3 sizes. Not sure if you did not have any 3 year plants or what, but am pleased with your service. Thanks again.
