Concerns but pleased February 3, 2014
Reviewer: Donald Eyerman from Columbius , OH United States
The tree looks great and healthy.  I am pleased with it but I have 2 concerns.
1- I understand needing to wait for it to go completely dormant before shipping. I feel more communication could have been sent informing me of the delay in shipping.  I was to receive it in December it didn’t come till January.  I do not understand it being later shipped due to being on back order.  But hey it happens; just think you may want to work on communicating this to your customers.
2- I ordered a 7 to 8 foot tree pruned the tree that arrived is a little bit more than 4 feet.  It seems to be a 6 foot tree pruned not a 7 to 8 foot tree.  But maybe pruning takes 3 to 4 feet off the tree?  You may want to start including with the orders an explanation of pruning and planting directions.
All said though I do plan on purchasing from your company again
Thanks
