The tall flower stems of the Double Picotee Amaryllisare crowned with 4 to 6 dazzling bi-color blossoms that are tolerant of salt water spray. The arched petals of white, edged by streaks of red cascade outwards from a greenish-yellow center that forms a base attachment for tall, pure white stamens of pure white capped by buttery yellow pollen sacs. The stems from large bulbs of the Double Picotee are 5 inch flowers on 2 foot stems.
