  Cowart Muscadine (M)

Alternative Views:

The (Male) Cowart Muscadine Grape Vine produces a juicy and delicious muscadine grape that will be perfect for eating when fresh off the vine. Cowart Muscadines produce grapes with colors ranging from deep purple to nearly black. Cowart Muscadine Grape Vines are grown in large commercial vineyards as a male pollinator that is very productive and also ripens early.  Female grapes require cross-pollination to bear fruit, so don't forget to plant a male pollinator variety like the Cowart nearby to pollinate the female muscadines. Native Cowart Muscadine grapes are more disease resistant than the traditional European Grape vines, making them perfect for planting in your edible garden.

Sad April 21, 2016
Reviewer: Larry Sparkman from Saint Johns, FL United States
I purchased 2 and 3 year old vines. There was only one that appeared to be a 3 year old. They were very small with very little root. I have about 10 others and I know what a 3 year old vine looks like. Two of them had such a small amount of root I will be surprised if they live. This applies to the whole purchase
