Alternative Views:

The flowers of Cassia are brilliant waxy yellow with orange stamens that contrast pleasantly with the leaves. The pea-like yellow flowers of the Cassia tree hang in clusters about a foot long and in clusters about a foot long and at the blooming climax can completely cover the oval shaped leaf canopy. Whereas, the Cassia shrub rarely forms a tree in zone 8, it does form a medium sized tree in zone 9, 10 and 11, and at the maximum flowering threshold the golden canopy glows as if incandescently lighted. The Cassia Flowering tree can grow into a shrub or a flowering tree, and the golden-yellow blooms appear in the Fall and Winter, and lighten up dark areas of any landscape.

Shipping April 18, 2014

It did not take long to receive, however when it arrived most of the branches were broken.  Not what I expected compared to the other trees sent. Not a big deal. Because the young branches were  so tender and fragile, the tree should have been cut shorter with all upper foliage growth removed before shipping.
Only time will tell.

Whereas I have noticed a lot of negative reviews online concerning TyTy Nursery, I just want to take a moment and give my opinion.  I found your website to be easy to use.  I ordered a pretty large number of trees and they came in before the time that you projected for them to come.  The stock was outstanding. I say this from a professional point of view (I have a bachelor's and a Masters Degree in Botany.  This is not the first time that I ordered from your nursery.  I have made several large orders over the last seven or eight years and always had great results.  Thank you for having such an outstanding nursery.  It was a pleasure doing business with you.
