  Brandywine Purple Raspberry Plant

Alternative Views:

The Brandywine Purple Raspberry plant was developed  at Cornell University in the New York Agricultural station at Geneva, N.Y. The attractive purple berry has an intense floral scent with a pleasant understated, tangy flavor, large, round and firm. The large size of the purple Brandywine raspberry makes it easy to pick, and the color of the raspberry develops late in the season as the berry begins ripening. The one-inch large berries of the Brandywine Purple Raspberry is tart but balanced with the proper sweetness in flavor.  This purple raspberry is a parental hybrid of both red and black raspberry plants and tastes intensely sweet with faint floral aromas sometimes masked by premature harvesting.

Didn't match description/size May 20, 2016
Reviewer: Kenneth Coyle from Yankton, SD United States
Oak, maple and mulberry were fine. Raspberry plants ordered 2 of the 6 were extremely small and thin. Supposed to be 2 yr plants. The pine ordered was smaller than described and very poor specimen.
I emailed customer service and they wanted me to send pics with a tape measure.
I declined. Enough time wasted. Word should be good enough.

Growing! April 25, 2016
Reviewer: Stacy Brown from Sarasota, FL United States
I've never ordered plants online and didn't know what to expect. My order came Bare root and dormant.  I've waited several weeks before giving my review and I'm happy to report that I'm fully greened out!  I purchased some items unavailable in Florida but, able to grow in my zone. I couldn't be happier!
