Bottlebrush trees are native to Australia and named for their showy red flower clusters. Each Bottlebrush flower has very long, red stamen and inconspicuous petals, similar to a mimosa tree, and dozens of flowers form in each cluster and bloom continuously from Spring until Summer. The Flowering Weeping Bottlebrush Trees can be multicolored, however, the red flowers of the Bottlebrush Tree attract hummingbirds to their nectar. The Flowering Weeping Bottlebrush Tree blooms profusely over a long season to give contrasting red and green colors in great abundance. The Flowering Weeping Bottlebrush Tree continues to grow vigorously at the tip of the blossom and then reblooms.
