  Black Fredonia Grapevine

Alternative Views:

The Black Fredonia Bunch Grape Vine is a very cold hardy grape that ripens in late August, and is highly productive. The grape has a thick puffy skin that easily separates from the pulp. Grape juice that has been produced from the grapes of the Black Fredonia Bunch Grape is an all-time American favorite, and the plump grape is an excellent choice as a desert or table grape, because it produces very large clusters of sweet grapes that can be easily picked from the vines.

Too soon to say how well the plants will do, but they arrived in good condition and very quickly.

Rather small for the price. Two of the vines are dead but otherwise the leaves are coming out nicely.

grapevines May 23, 2015

When I received the package on May 21 in the afternoon, I immediately examined the plants and I noticed that two of the grapevines were dried out but their roots were still okay.  I planted them on the same day hoping that they will make it.  The other two had some buds coming out and I hope they too will make it.
