black bamboo delivery not good! April 29, 2016
Reviewer: Joseph Fortier from Blacksburg, VA United States
Ordered four black bamboo plants. So I came home from work and found my much anticipated black bamboo plants spilled out on our side deck. They were packed with no bottom and a loose box stuck on top with nothing to hold the paints in place. The packaging did not stay on and the leaves were all stripped off of three of the four plants. Put them in the ground immediately but not sure they are going to make it.

I bought two black bamboo plants and both came quickly and well packaged. I was pleasantly surprised how healthy both were and both were nicely sized.   Can't wait when they are well established.

Black Bamboo April 26, 2016
Reviewer: Dwight Allbee from Waverly, IA United States
I recently purchased two Black Bamboo plants from Ty Ty Nursery. The plants were shipped very quickly and when I received them the root balls were wrapped in moist mulch and then plastic wrap in a way that protected the ball very well. The plants appear to be healthy select plants and though I have had  them in the ground only a few days, they seem to be doing quite well. I am very pleased with the product and the service.

Overpriced. April 15, 2016
Reviewer: Rob Grande Jr from Wilmington, DE United States
I'm only filling this out once,  I don't have the time to submit a survey for each item.

Pros- Black Bamboo looks healthy and great at first glance.  Shipping was speedy.  Packaged items were not damaged and seem as though no harm was done during the shipment.

Cons- Items Overpriced.  Expensive to ship.  The 3 Windmill palms have severe tip burn, and seem malnourished.  I am placing them in the ground today so I do not have a better explanation of life expectancy.   If I knew that shipping would cost close to $100 after spending over $300, I would have gone to Home Depot or lowes and took my chances.  If the palms were received in Healthy condition, I would not have had an issue with prices..  Pics of fertilizer packs and mixtures are zoomed in.  You think you are paying for a bag at least the size of a lunch bag and you receive a 2"x2" packet.

Oh well.  There are others out there.  This will be my first and last purchase with TyTy..
