Plants were nice but the shipping people were not April 24, 2015

Several of my plants were broken and they took a long time to get here.  That is not TyTys fault, it looked like UPS had trampled them.  I think they will survive OK though, bamboo is tough.

Dead stick April 20, 2015
Reviewer: chuck burkett from charlotte, NC United States
I ordered two black bamboo.  One came with a nice root system and is already showing signs of growth.  The other had a no roots and is basically a dead stick showing no signs of growth.  Starting to look at what I need to do to replace it.  Are you kidding me Ty Ty with the replacement application and a whole year to get a replacement?  I'm skeptical at doing business here anymore.  Not sure I'll ever get my dead stick replaced.
