  Belle of Georgia Peach Tree

Alternative Views:

Belle of Georgia Peaches ripen in August and require 800 chill hours (5 weeks of 45 degrees F or below temperatures) to set peach fruit. Known to be self-fertile research shows fruit quality and harvest yields to increase by planting different cultivars nearby to increase pollen. The Belle of Georgia peach is the most celebrated white peach tree grown in the United States, and the interior pulp is white and delicious to taste. They are exceptionally vigorous and early bearing, being one of the most reliable white peach producers of all.

Excellent quality tree, produced many peaches May 7, 2015

May 7, 2015: I am adding a follow up review for this tree I ordered; it is about 1 year after I planted the tree, this year it had a whole tree of flowers and now many peaches are growing; Thank you again.

March 21, 2014: I ordered through phone call, the customer service, a young man, was very friendly and very knowledgeable; initially I wasn't planning to order this tree, I only wanted to buy one Elberta peach tree, the customer care advised me that the peach tree produces more fruits if there is a different type of peach tree on the side, so I ordered this one as well; trees arrived promptly at the committed date, when I opened the box I was really impressed by the strong, healthy and beautiful trees. It was professionally pruned, with new branches and all branches have many new buds ready to shoot leaves out. This is the first time I purchase from Ty Ty and I will certain return to order more in future. I will also recommend to friends.

Plants March 27, 2015

We ordered two trees, one a peach and the other an olive. Plus, we bought five grape vines.  All of the plants came in good order but the trees were smaller than what we ordered, by about a foot unless you measure from the top to the bottom of the stretched out roots.

Hope they grow now and survive a Maryland winter.
