Reviewer: Milton Vallaire from Slidell, LA United States
I expected to see more roots on the tree; however they seen to be doing okay after being in the ground for a couple of weeks. I see the beginning of some sprouts, hope this is a sign that the roots are growing as well.

Review of Purchase April 1, 2014
Reviewer: Donna Kempf from Chattahoochee, FL United States
Young guys on the phone are not altogether helpful, after our third call, asking why we only had six inches of a tree (not the one to two feet), the guy curtly answered, annoyed and hung up on me.  Also, we made our order online and wanted to add to the order, the guy told me twice that my card was not good and wouldn't allow him to add to the order because of the free shipping was done with the online order.  Finally, I called a second time and told the guy I wanted to talk to someone over him to add to the order.  Someone came on the phone and was able to add to my order, without my insistence I would not have been able to add to the order, you might be losing some business because of these issues?
